Platform Rules & Member Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the peryagame platform in any way — including browsing, registering, logging in, or using any feature — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all registered and unregistered users who visit or interact with any page on peryagame. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 2. Eligibility

The peryagame platform is available exclusively to residents of the Philippines who are at least 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you meet both of these requirements and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility requirements are not satisfied. Creating an account on behalf of another person, or providing false registration details, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their continued eligibility for the duration of their membership.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user may hold only one registered account on peryagame. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately through the contact information provided on our FAQ page. peryagame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of unusual activity, multiple registrations from the same device, or any conduct that suggests a breach of these terms.

4. Permitted Use

The platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree not to use peryagame for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Philippine law. Automated access, scraping, or use of bots to interact with any part of the platform is strictly forbidden. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system, interfere with the platform's operation, or transmit any harmful or malicious code. Violations of these rules may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

5. Deposits, Balances, and Finance

All financial transactions on peryagame are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). We reserve the right to reverse deposits made in error and to withhold funds pending identity verification where required. 6. Responsible Gaming

peryagame is committed to promoting responsible entertainment for all Filipino members. We strongly encourage all users to set personal limits and to play within their means at all times. The platform is intended solely for entertainment, and participation should never be viewed as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. We reserve the right to apply account restrictions or initiate cooling-off periods where we identify patterns of use that suggest a member may be at risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the peryagame platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of peryagame or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without our prior written consent. The peryagame name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the platform and may not be used in connection with any product or service without express written authorisation. Unauthorised use of any intellectual property on this platform may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the Philippines, peryagame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any interruption of service caused by technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering on peryagame, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We take the protection of your personal information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard it. 10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have breached any part of these Terms and Conditions or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately and any outstanding balance will be handled in accordance with our Finance policy. You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by following the process outlined on the FAQ page. Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of termination. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and peryagame with respect to your use of the platform.
